The cover of the licence is dark blue and it is a hard cover. It also includes the letter from the Department of National Defence Civil Aviation Branch, Ottawa, Canada dated August 11, 1936 and signed by A. T. Cowley Wing Commander Superintendent, Air Regulations. |
