Description: Quebec Tartan Skirt, made by Highland Queen Sportswear, Toronto.;;From the late 1940s to the early 1960s, a plaid skirt was in the wardrobe of many young Canadian women, even when it was not part of a school uniform. Highland Queen was one of the better known brands in Canada. This skirt, woven in the Quebec tartan.
