Description : The artifact is a square shaped clasped leather case with rounded corners. The leather is coloured light blue and has a red logo on the front. There is a long leather strap attached to the top of the case. The artifact is very light weight.
Commentaires : Trans-Canada airlines was a national airline that was first established in 1937 and lasted until 1965 when the name of the carrier was officially changed to Air Canada. It operated as the largest passenger airline in Canada. After World War II, TCA took over control of some passenger war planes to expand their fleet. The company was run by CNR and became the largest aviation company in Canada at the time.
