Description : | Rectangular red cardboard box. Printed label and metal stopper on bottle. Contains rectangular clear glass bottle, containing 13.8 cm of brown liquid. The label reads as follows: Mac's Extract of Sarsaparilla Compound, with iodide of potassium, the great blood purifier. |
Commentaires : | Other known attributes include relieving gas and inflammation and increasing the flow of urine. It is an excellent blood purifier, aids rheumatism, heartburn, hormones and mucous build up. It was also used to promote perspiration. |
Fonctions : | Sarsaparilla has been referred to as a tonic for sexual weakness and to help cure impotence. It has a long history of use for syphilis and other sexually transmitted diseases throughout the world. |
