Description: Undated Survey Map showing ICR Plan on the Kirby Grant near Springhill. Land that belonged to Bessie Kirby was transferred to Isaac Stewart, and he was paid for the section used by the railway going from Springhill to Halifax. The section of property that was used for the railway borders on the properties owned by Henry Boggs, John Stewart, and Henry Boggs. The railway also passed over the Henry Boggs land. On the south, the Kirby / Stewart property is bordered with lands owned by Schurman and by Fillimore and by Kirby. Details are given for the area used by the railway.
