1950 Survey Map of the properties in Amherst on the south side of Agnew St between Clarence and Melrose streets. Focus of map was on the Collins property. Property owner in the corner of Agnew and Melrose is Hewett. It appears this was previously owned by Leander Trenholm. This property runs along the east side of Melrose St. The next two Agnew St lots after the Hewitt land is owned by Emily Trenholm, then the lot owned by Frances T Collins, and then GH Purdy owns the lot in the corner of Agnew and Clarence Streets. Map gives the boundary lengths and also some coordinates, and also some deed registration info. The lot on Clarence St that is behind the Purdy, Collins, and Trenholm lots used to belong to LG Rock.
