| Description: | White canvas strip with four buttons on one side and two button holes on the other for wearing on ones arm. Four buttons are used for adjusting to what a person is wearing. Three black embroidered symbols in middle section that would have corresponded to a unit number. |
| Narrative: | Used in in the Army by Mechanical Engineer Sgt. Thurston Banks who served from 1942 to 1946. Thurston Banks was born and raised in Rossway, N.S. He was a Canadian Heavy Weight boxer, and was runner up for best in Canada Armed Forces. |
