Advertising of Nielson products appears on the map.The maps were offered to schools free of charge on condition that they be used as received. The publisher noted that the chocolate bars appeared in corners where they do not interfere in any way with the usefulness of the Map, which would only be made available if you will agree not to obliterate the advertising.By the early 1950s, Neilsons had distributed some 55,000 of each of these maps.
