| Description : | Two unattached but folded together documents related to an order and cheque of Gunner G.H. McLean; a: A typed letter on Pearson Brothers London letterhead dated 11 April 1919 regarding the order and cheque and that the cheque was returned "no account"; b: a typed note on plain legal sized paper from Officer Commanding 66th Battery / 14th Brigade dated 19 April 1919 stating that the earlier letter (artifact a) had been received, that McLean has credit and his account must have been overlooked and that the cheque was returned to him. |
| Commentaires : | This artifact was included in an undocumented box marked "66th Battery" and full of items from the 66th Battery Clerks Office. The 66th Battery was based in Montreal, Quebec but was led by Commander Oland of Halifax |
