| Description: | An known Officer's khaki uniform: a: Tunic with lay-down lapels and four Halifax Rifles black ball buttons; With two pleated breast pockets with scalloped flaps secured with buttons; Two lower expanding pockets with flap and button closure; Right arm with four red and one white Annual Service chevrons; On left sleeve at shoulder is a Supreme Headquarters Allied Expeditionary Force patch; With ribbon bar over breast pocket: Meritorious Service Medal, British War Medal, Victory Medal 1914-1918, King George VI Coronation Medal 1936, Efficiency Decoration Medal; With Back pleat; With detachable belt and two belt hooks on sides; Inside fully lined with inside pocket; b: Trousers, with six button fly and six suspender buttons; With two side pockets and two back pockets flat hemmed. |
