Description :	Fragments of shell and iron found a mile and a quarter across the cove from Bedford Magazine after 1945 explosion
Commentaires :	From A.I.F. Folder: Piece of heavy iron and base of shell, relics of the 1945 Magazine Explosion that landed near the front door of the Cottage of Mr. George Collins Baugild on Navy Island, Wright Cove. The explosion had hurled these peices 1 1/4 miles about 6pm on the evening of July 24 (?) The family was moved out but Mr. Baugild and another man went back the following morning and recovered a stamp collection and other valuables from the cottage.
