| Description: | A black and white image of a one and a half storey dwelling with a centrally placed door. On each side of the door is has a twelve paned window. There is a small porch with a second level covered balcony. On the back of the photo is has written Granville Ferry suggesting that this is where the house is located. |
| Narrative: | House was built between 1860 1876, North Side of Highway 100m east of Mills Mountain Road. The house is Modified Vernacular with Victorian influences |
| History of Use: | Believed to have been taken when Annapolis County was doing the century home project, recording and documenting all homes in the county built prior to 1914 |
