Description:  A black and white image of a Structure on property of Capt. Joseph Hall house, Granville Ferry. The structure is a 2 and a half storey carriage house located beside a 2 and a half Greek Revival house with a steeply pitched gable. Carriage house is the same height as the house. On the back of image is has written Bell Percy reference to the owner at the time of the photo being taken.  
Narrative: House beside this structure was built between 1881 - 1898, North Side of Highway 50m east of Mills Mountain Road. The house is Greek Revival  
History of Use: Believed to have been taken when Annapolis County was doing the century home project, recording and documenting all homes in the county built prior to 1914
