Dear Sir,- On behalf of the Nova Scotia Provincial Committee of the Victory War Loan, I write to ask your co-operation in connection with the campaign to be inaugurated next month. All newspaper advertising is to be done by the Central Publicity Committee at Toronto, and will be sent to you direct for there, but there will be a considerable amount of local work to be done by our Provincial Publicity Committee, of which I.C. Stewart of Halifax is Chairman. In view of the display advertising, which we understand all newspapers of the Province will receive, we trust you will see your way clear to give a certain amount of space gratuitously for local items effecting the campaign in your district. Mr. Stewart and the Chairman of the local committee for your County will get in touch with you, and I feel sure that you will do what you can, within reasonable limits, to make the campaign a success in your district.
