| Description : | This photograph was taken during the Grand Opening of the Canso Causeway. To the left side of the photo, two members of the pipe band can be seen carrying a banner that says "The Gaelic College Macdonald Hundred Junior Pipe Band." The pipe band is walking through the middle of the road. A woman dressed in all white is leading the pipe band. On either side of the road, hundreds of people are lined up. In the top half of the photo, multiple people can be seen sitting on bleachers. The bleachers are lined with Nova Scotia Flags. |
