| Description : | The photograph was taken during the construction of the Canso Causeway Canal. Cofferdam can be seen throughout the whole length of the photo in the background. Above the Cofferdam, the mainland can be seen. Inside the Canal construction site, there are multiple people next to the machinery. To the right side of the photograph, part of the canal wall is under construction. Next to the wall, there are 2 pieces of machinery and a crane. To the left side of the photograph the Canal wall is under construction, there are two ladders leaning up against the canal wall. In between the Canal wall and the Cofferdam, there are loads of rock and gravel. In the bottom right corner of the photograph, a red and white truck can be seen carrying gravel. |
