Description: A back and white photo taken in May 1955 of (16) crew members on the S.S. Scotia on the day of the last crossing - Leaving the CNR Mulgrave Marie terminal.  The photo reads " On May 14, 1955, the Scotia II train ferry made its last trip across the Strait of Canso between Mulgrave and Point Tupper. Crew members, from left : Bobby Carter, Donald Macdonald, G.B. Hadley, Paul Kennedy, Angus Kinney ( roundhouse worker ), Murray Forrestall, Victor Cordeau, Burt DeCoste, Alphone O'Neil, Charlie Davis, Bernie Decoste, George Hadley ( sailed on the Scotia from 1916 to 1940, Scotia's first skipper ) , Warren England, Johnie H. Crittenden, Mike Macdonald, Tommy Moore, and Tommy Macdonald. Taken at C.N.R. Mulgrave Marine Terminal just before departing for the C.N.R. Point Tupper Marine Terminal .
