| Description: | Back of the photo reads " Crew of #2639. Sonny Marshall on the ladder, Bud Clough- driver, Art MacMann, _______ Ross, Laurence MacDonald, Troy. Locomotive 2639 was given the honor of the first run on April 18, 1955. The train engineer was Bud Clough ( son of W.H. of Port Hastings ) now living in Sydney. It was under the supervision of conductor Arthur McMahon. The fireman, C.E. Marshall now living in Dundee, is now retired. Brakeman were C.B. Ross of Sydney Mines and L.V. MacDonald, still working in Sydney for C.N. |
