Bourinot Esq M.P.P Dear Jack I rec your letter a week ago, but as I was on the move did not have a good chance to reply am glad to know Lottie & yourself are well. You did not mention Johnnie, I wrote you 3 letters since I heard from you before & if you ree[?] any of them I did not receive any reply - while away, there was illegible a chance of missing my mail, I was busily employed on the construction of Aviation Camps in Ontario from illegible last until a couple of weeks ago, when the Contractors completed all contracts on hand, times have been particularly hard for Engineers & I have been idle quite a lot since 1914 but, I have made enough to keep square with the world & pay as I want along and cant see considering everything that I have anything to complain of on that score, The Doctor advises me that Marions physical condition is first class but otherwise there has been no change, Am very much obliged to you for looking after my place & enclose a letter intended to stir up the tenant. I think in any case the plan is to get rid of them as soon as possible, as to the amount on hand if the taxes & insurance is paid you might have it placed to my account in the Royal bank in Moncton & it will be very acceptable. Dear Sir As regards the future renting of my house in Hawkesbury and the amount due, Please put the amount in the hands of Mr Forsyth for collection, give the tenant what you consider a reasonable time to move out. I Should think 30 days sufficient, In the meantime & for the future the rent will be $10.00 per month. I am sorry to bother you with my affairs and I think if the tenant if one applies, is notified in the first place that it is a question of paying promptly at the end of each month or moving out, it will save bother, Any damage done to the house or property and not replaced or repaired should also be a matter for consideration, Thanking you for past courtesies I remain yours very truly H.J.
