Its contents discuss plans and recommendations on work that will be done to the bridge in Blues Mills with mention of other bridges in the area. The letter reads as follows: Hon. D. MacLean, M.L.C. Orangedale, C.B. Dear Dan: - I will write Yourston at once in respect to the pipe required for the bridge in Blue's Mills, and the other bridges referred to by you. I wrote him recommending that he act upon the suggestion made to me by you, that is, to utilize the unexpected balance in ballasting pieces of road worked by Bond.
