Bourinot Esq M.P.P Pt Hawkesbury Dear Mr Bourinot: - I am giving the enclosed letters the necessary attention through the Road Masters[?] for the districts, which I hope will be satisfactory - - they will call on those parties to show that their letter to you are attended to - Illegible illegible you may think that you have a monopoly on receiving queer[?] letters, I am enclosing one I got last evening - Of course, I am writing our prospective friend a very nice letter and suggesting if he would not consider it good (p)illegible on our part to give one of those nine sturdy Liberals who so nobly stood[?] by us, a commission for any work we propose doing on his road, Yours Sincerily John D.
