McLellan has forgotten that there was any such place as West Bay District or perhaps he instead, has the Government in aware that there are two roads[?] here that were surveyd by J McKenzie four years ago and have remained in a precarious condition ever since. Unles they will be attended to directly some are infering[?] to leave a illegible I will think you a person illegible an illegible to have this matter attended to as well, also if you can awaken McLellan from his sleep have him come and see the condition of the roads as well.
