| Commentaires : | When the larger mines shut down in Port Hood, local homeowners were left without a source of coal to heat their homes. It was during these periods of shutdown that many bootleg mines were opened by local coal miners. This photo was taken in the area of Harbourview across the road from the present day home of Peter and Sandra Sutherland. |
