| Narrative: | Alexander (Sandy) Smith (April 11, 1894 August 13, 1951) was the son of Lewis L. Smith and Flora Ann MacDonald. He married Winifred Bigney of Londonderry on December 10, 1919. The couple resided in the US. Alexander served with the American Air Force during World War I. |
| History of Use: | Alexander Smith was Flora Hennesseys uncle. The photo was in her possession. On April 30, 2011 when she was living in the Heritage House, Port Hood, she gave the photograph to John Gillies for the museum. |
