| Narrative: | Archbishop James Morrison (1861-1950) was a native of PEI. He was the fourth bishop of the Diocese of Antigonish. He was appointed bishop on May 25, 1912. In 1944 Pope Pius XII gave him the title of Archbishop. He was relieved of his duties in January 1950 and he died at Bethany four months later. |
