| Description : | Square-bottomed, slightly flared sides, checker-woven with wide woodsplints (probably ash) on bottom and narrower woodsplints on sides. 2 rows of dark woodsplint (heartwood or dyed) woven a third of the way up the sides. Overhand, rectangular handle set into weave. Rim reinforced with inner wood hoop, overlaid with woodsplint and bound with woodsplint. |
