Description :	Baby's silk bonnet with embroidered ivory whitework has an embroidered front flap that folds back and two long ties. It is seamed in the back of the head with a embroidered circular crown piece. The back edge and the edges of the flap are embroidered with a scalloped buttonhole stitch. The embroidering motif is flowers and trailing leaf stems. Ties are gathered to the chin edge and hemstiched along the sides and ends.
Commentaires :	Object found in the attic of Kent Lodge, 654 Main Street, and thought belonged to the late Alice Rand or her family who once resided in the house.
