Description : 3 "larding needles" used to pull a strip of salt pork through a roast to add more fat and taste to the meat. All 3 are long with one pointy end. Two out of the three have one end that opens up with "teeth" to grip the salt pork. The third has an end with four slits to hold the salt pork.
Fonctions : Found in donors mother's cutlery drawer.
