| Description : | Photo shows the beach on the south side of Inch Arran Point with a cottage atop the cliff. Image shows a road with a house on one side, church in the background, fences on both sides, another house half hidden by a tree, cows in yard. This photo includes a cottage that no longer exists. |
| Commentaires : | Such cards could potentially be of use in determining the amount of erosion that has taken place since it was made. It is, however, difficult to determine exactly where this was taken. Carries 4-cent stamp with image of walrus. That stamp was first issued in 1954, apparently some time after the card was printed. |
| Fonctions : | Postcards were and remain popular souvenirs and were very often sent to friends by those visiting other areas. Card was mailed from Dalhousie to a recipient in Bloomfield, New Jerseyy. |
