| Description : | Multi-coloured tied quilt made with squares and strips of wool material. The colours are mostly blue, brown, green and white. Most of the white squares are stained blue, presumably from the adjacent blue squares. The rough pattern is comprised of a large square section of various blocks in the center surrounded by a wide brown border, then surrounded by a wide border of the various colours, then finally a wide border of blue with some brown patches. The whole quilt is tied to the front with red yarn. The back is off-white cotton that has been heavily stained blue-green. |
| Commentaires : | A heavy utilitarian quilt that would have been made for the warmth rather than the pattern. |
