Commentaires : Donor graduated St. Stephen High School, 1966; attended Teachers' College, 1966-68; taught at Eastern Charlotte Regional High School, St. George for one year; attended UNB; graduated with BA in French and History; returned to ECRS; two years later transferred to Bever Harbour Elementary as principal and teacher; received his BA in 1975; 1976 transferred to Blacks Harbour Elementary School as vice-principal and teacher until 1990; educational leave during term at Blacks Harbour, earned his MEd in Administration and Counselling; then transferred to Fundy High School in St. George teaching and serving as Department head, Humanities until retirement in 2000; purchased jacket from former Teachers' College student Shields Sports wear A father and son venture, Harry and Lorne Shields of Toronto founded Score Sporting Goods in the late 1950s. Score Sporting would evolve into Shields Sportswear by 1966. Generally producing leather wear for motorcycle riders, this jacket was a special order placed by the owner - donor.
