| Fonctions : | This rocking chair dates from the early to mid 1800s and was owned and used by Miriam Anna Moses (1817-1884), grandmother of Allan Leopold Moses whose 300+ bird collection is the founding collection of the 1967 Centennial project Grand Manan Museum. It was subsequently owned by island artist Helen Charters who donated it to the Museum in 1992. |
