Description: | A triangular shaped table on an incline with one side slightly more raised than the other side. The lower end of the table has an opening where the excess buttermilk runs as it is worked out of the butter with a rolling pin like arm. This arm is attached to the table with a metal bracket, bolted on. The bottom of the table is three groove and tongue boards. Metal braces fastens the legs and top together. Resembles a wheelbarrow without the wheel. |
