| Commentaires : | The 8th battery left Moncton on December 8th 1939 by train to go to Halifax to board the Empress of Britain to cross to England. The battery joined up with the 10th battery (St. Catherine's), 7th battery (Montreal), 35th battery (Sherbrooke) to form the Second Field Brigade under the command of Lieutenant Colonel A.E.D. Tremaine. |
