| Description : | A gold cast brooch with inlay pearl and jewels arranged in a symetrical pattern along the upper dome of the brooch. The reverso is etched from wear and use, but the attachment pin and clasp are good working order. |
| Commentaires : | Presented to Mrs. Maria McLauchin (nee Harrington) by the Prince of Wales in 1860 as a token of her hospitality at "The Hill." This was a royal custom at the time. |
