Description: White muslin nightgown, embroidered with flower and grape designs in panel below neckline.
History of Use: Worn by Sarah McMicking Johnstone, born 1797, wife of Dr. William Johnstone. They married near Queenston in Upper Canada and later moved to what would become Brampton, Ontario. Part of their farm later become part of the Dale Nurseries property.
