These glass plate negative were retrieved from under the addition (in a crawl space) from Dr. Ron Scott's Office. The building was previously occupied by Walker's Studio and the negatives seemed to have been dumped through the floor joists of the addition. According to the Brantford Heritage Inventory, Walker's Studio was located on Colborne Street until 1928, when the studio at 32 West Street was built and expanded in 1942. An article from April 1, 1946 announces Thomas Studio taking over the business. A Brant News article dated Tuesday, June 17, 1997 by Jim Windle mentions the discover of these plate by the donor.
