Description :	Four horse. Pole and whipple trees detached. Four wheeled, two interior bench seats. Doors open from the outside. One large whale oil coach lamp attached to the front of each door. Trunk space below rear seat board.; four exterior seats - driver's seat with foot rest at front, two seats with folding backs atop coach and one seat at rear with storage space below; oval brass handles on coach doors; cylindrical umbrella basket strapped to right rear of coach body; 2 metal steps at either door; 14 other steps on coach body to facilitate mounting; 4 1/2 elliptical springs in square pattern over each axle assembly; braking system for rear wheels controlled by driver; 4 wheels; maker; The Burlington Carriage Co., Oxford, England, ca 1810; provenance; Pembroke-Ottawa route;
