Description: Picture taken of an original postcard. Scene is the Acadia Villa Hotel, Wolfville N.S. Two and half storey brick building. Lower level is screened by shrubs with only the steps visible. Second level has a window on each end of the wall and a set of 4 bay windows in the center. Upper level has a green roof with 3 dormers, center has 2 windows in it, either end has a single window. Two brick chimneys are visible at the peak as well as a fence running the length of the peak. There are people standing on the steps of the building and on the sidewalk. Three cars are parked along the street in front of the hotel; cars are circa 1930s-1940s. Written message on the back of the picture indicates location of the hotel is corner of Linden (west) and Acadia Street.
