Description : | Features of the jacket are oversized: leg-of-mutton sleeves and intricate sequin decoration. Large "V"-shaped insert at bodice covered in rosy mother-of-pearl sequins. Grey pleated taffeta borders the sequined insert with grey fabric covering the bottom part of the "V" below inset and outlined with same sequins. Jacket bottom comes to a point in front and a larger/wider point at the back. Bottom edge bordered with row of sequins. Back of jacket has similar inset without the sequins. High collar has a row of sequins. The jacket has an extra inner liner in the front attached to side seams. The liner fastens in front with hooks and eyes. The jacket has eight stays. There are hooks and eyes fastening it from the left neckline, down the shoulder seam, around the front of the sleeve and down the side seam. Matching skirt (58.1.20) |
