Description : Sleeves are pleated in with 2" wide blue cuffs, 1 button closure. 2 rows of narrow white ribbon sketched at upper part of cuff. Left sleeve has 2 red V's, white eagle and red eye and a red star above that - all embroidered. 1/2" blue ribbon top - stitched on upper right arm. Pocket 4" x 4" on left side front. Blue sailor collar with 3 rows top stitched narrow ribbon on outer edge. Faced with heavy white cotton, yellow star embroidered in each corner with red stitching through pants. 3 buttons and 3 homemade button holes. Enclosed placket so you can't see the buttons or holes. Buttonhole in center back at neck to attach the scarf. Double felt seams. Hem is 0.5". Jacket/coat is homemade.
