| Description : | Brown/red clay multi use jar . Has a line around the jar just before the top. Has a lip that is curved outward. Has many chips and dings, some severe. |

| Fonctions : | Pottery is one of the oldest crafts. During the medieval period they were able to mix sand in with the clay to create pots that could withstand fire, such as this one. Since the first creation of clay pots, their use has not changed; they can be both for decoration and practical use. |
