Cast iron teakettle for use on a larger stove/fire. Roughly circular with a curved spout extending from one side. Has a horizontal line down the centre of the body. Bottom has a slightly smaller diameter than the rest of the body. Has a circular lid with an embossed star design. Metal wire attached to both sides for a handle.

From the last schooner out from East Chezzetcook - the Eliza C built in 1896. It was built by Dennis Conrod and he was the managing owner. It was sold to Captain Dennis Richards and known as a coasting schooner. The last run of the schooner was in 1929 and it was later condemned. This item was donated by Dennis Richards' granddaughter.
