| Description : | A white/cream wedding dress with an opaque silk or satin top connected to a sheer tulle ? skirt. The top half has ruched shoulder and chest pieces on each side and a v-neck that leads down to a line of 12 ornate buttons that are purely for decoration. The part where the tulle skirt is attached is also cut into a v shape up to the buttons. The sleeves of the dress go down to the wearer's wrists and there are a row of buttons along the back side of them. The skirt has two decorative bow patterns sewn onto it using the same material as the top of the dress. The bottom of the dress does not have a train, but it's not all the same length, instead has a sort of wavy hem. |

| Fonctions : | These tighter silk wedding dresses with relatively high necklines came into style in the 1930s and continued through until 1950, when more ornate ballgown style wedding dresses became common. Many had long sleeves and slimming waistlines. |
