Description : The agitator is made completely of wood. The separate pieces of wood are held together using mortise and tenon joins. There is a long T-shaped handle that extends upwards from a circular piece of wood. Extending downwards from the circular piece are 4 straight poles of wood. These 4 poles of wood would be placed in a bucket of water that housed the laundry to be cleaned. By turning the handle of the object, these wood pieces that are submerged in the water would act as agitators aiding with cleaning the cloths.
Fonctions : The object would be used in a barrel or large wash basin that contained soap, water, and cloths. The user would turn the handle on the object to agitate the laundry in the bin.
