| Description : | Pair of moccasins of one piece upper construction, one piece sole & separate piece for tongue. Cotton stitched, buckskin, seed bead work. a)Upper of smooth buckskin with floral motif done in overlay stitch. Center stalk & adjoining flowers done in red. Leaves & trim done with combination of turquoise, green, blue, light blue, orange, pink, clear & black seed beads. Leaf motif runs around ankle & heel, done in orange, green, dark green, red black, & pink. Short ankle flap goes straight up. 2 ties at top front corners anchored with cotton thread. Rawhide sole. b)Similar to a) except tongue has repaired tear on top left edge. |
