| Description : | Crest rail is rolled at top back; bottom of crest rail has semi-circular cut out near each end. Back stiles have elongated serpentine curve; stiles continue as klismos legs. Lyre back rests on horizontal reeded slat near seat. Trapezoid seat is wider at front. Skirted seat; front of skirt is curved. "H" stretcher. Front legs are reeded and turned. Arms are curved outward slightly near back; cyma curved arm supports. Dark brown wood; hooked wool seat is blue with Provincial crest in center. Front legs have ring turnings at top; ring and block turnings at base; two incised lines on arm supports and back stiles. |
