| Description : | Square, uncovered dish with champhered corners. Sides are canted inward to concave base. Gold edged. Light blue with dark blue "crack-like" designs. One vertical half of shield is black with gold colored crossed swords and four fleur-de-lis; other vertical half is red and divided into four sections: one section has black bird, one has three gold colored birds, one has gold colored diamond with "X" through it, other has three spool shapes and "V" shape.
