| Description : | Appears to be constructed in five rectangular box like sections. Top section- cabinet top juts outward beyond the dimensions of its base, curves inward again to form an inverted skate plate shape. A row of double arch molding surrounds the top of case. Two ends of cabinet have a raised frame with an inverted center. Glass front slides upward and inward when opened. Next section made up of twenty-seven small drawers. Each is fitted with a rectangular brass label plate and a convexly curved drawer pull. Five horizontally placed drawers mark center of cabinet. Drawers are fitted with label plates, curved pulls, and circular knobs. Fourth section is divided into nine drawers. Each section has rectangular label plate and convexly curved drawer pulls. Last section has nine drawers, label plates and drawer pulls. Tongue and groove and nailed construction. Decorative moldings |
