| Description : | Generally rectangular base with scrolled edges. Body is bottle shaped - curved sides and upper part is like bottle-neck. Front and back are flat. Top overhangs. Top is sloped, and has a round hole in center. Hole is covered by lid on which is mounted a pierced umbrella-like finial. Front of base has trough-like area. Front of body has two sliding doors at bottom, and one hinged door with three windows at top. Windows were probably once mica, but window material is now missing. Four curved legs. Heavily decorated with scrolls and pendants and other geometric motifs all over body and legs. Model name/number "6" on each side of front top of base, and on underside of finial. |
